ALL THE LIGHTS IN MY HOUSE
May 2, 2015 - June 15, 2015
Rocky Horton
NOTE: This is a Seed Space exhibition, curated by Rachel Bubis. Seed Space was founded by Adrienne Outlaw.
For this work, Horton removed all the lights from his home and installed them in Seed Space. He will be without lights in his home for the duration of the exhibition. During this time, the only lights on in the gallery will be the ones from his home. Horton describes this work as "a manifestation of a desire to share, to sacrifice, and to act benevolently as well as address ideas of history, myth, and poetry in art."
